We require an advance written Return Authorization for all returns to Daysun Restaurant Supplies Shop. Returns will be accepted only upon approval and will be eligible for credit only if they comply with our terms outlined below and within our Terms and Conditions of Use.

Items Returned Without Authorization

Please do not return items without prior authorization. Items sent back without the required authorization may not qualify for credit and could be returned to the sender. In such cases, the shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.


Approval Process

Once we receive your return request, our team will review the details and determine the item's eligibility for return.

If approved, we will issue a written Return Authorization via email or regular mail. Returns will only be processed for items that have received prior authorization.


Condition of Returns

Items approved for return must be:

  • In original packaging

Once we receive the returned item(s), our team will inspect them to confirm their condition. If all criteria are met, refunds will be processed within 45 days of receipt.


Additional Terms

Special or Customized Items

Items that are special orders, cut-to-order, or customized are not eligible for return. However, we are always happy to discuss potential exceptions or alternatives when possible.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-made products

  • Discontinued items

  • "Scratch & Dent" items

  • Manufacturer dropship items marked as non-returnable

Drop Ship Items

Items shipped directly from the manufacturer may:

  • Be ineligible for returns

  • Be subject to additional shipping charges

  • Require restocking fees

Return Shipping Charges

Items shipped from our warehouse and returned to our warehouse do not incur a return shipping fee.

However, return-eligible manufacturer dropship orders may incur additional return shipping charges.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that returned items remain in new condition while being shipped back. We strongly recommend taking photos or videos of the item before shipping to document its condition.
