Orders, prices & payment
| Who can order | Adults 18 or over, and businesses or public bodies, with a U.S. delivery address. |

| Sales tax | Charged where required by the delivery state. Tax-exempt buyers: send your exemption certificate before ordering. |
| Payment | Taken at checkout. We process your order once payment is confirmed. |
| Order acceptance | Your order is accepted when we email the order confirmation. |
| If we cancel | We may cancel for an obvious pricing error, an item out of stock, or suspected fraud. You get a full refund to your original payment method. |
| Product information | We use the manufacturer's specifications. If a description is wrong, we correct it and you may cancel or return for a full refund. |
Shipping, returns & warranty
| Shipping | All 50 U.S. states. Free over $2,000; $75 on orders of $2,000 or less. 1–3 business days processing, 2–7 in transit. Full policy |
